In the last 5k it looks as though Mike Aigroz has decided to push harder and the gap has increased to 8:30 back to the chase group.

After his earlier problems it looks as though Jalabert has settled down to a solid race and is holding a position almost exactly 10k behind the leaders.

Martina Dogana takes the lead
It's all change at the front, Martina Dogana has overtaken Alexandra Louison and put 10 seconds into her. Françoise Wellekens is in third place, 2:35 back and then Katja Schumacher another 10 seconds back

J'ai l'impression que le groupe de chasse (Bringer, Faure, Zamora, Beke, Jeuland, Guillaume,Le Floch) attend la course à pied pour cracher son venin... et Jaja n' a plus "que" 10k de retard (au lieu de 12k au 125ème km).
Sacré Jaja, il va encore nous claquer un super chrono sur ironman!
Le Kinou (Bringer), il m'a l'air d'avoir le couteau entre les dents! J'attend le marathon avec impatience.

Jaja a peut etre tout simplement bu quelques verres de la mer pendant les 3.8 et les a rejete au debut du velo ... et maintenant il va faire 3h05 au marathon en ayant repris plus de 2' aux leaders sur le velo ... Est ce que Mike AIGROZ est un specialiste du marathon ? Desole mais je ne le connais pas. J ai l'empression qu il est comme Zack, il prend le large a velo et espere a pied ...
