The day of race briefing is always the time when racing get serious. Same same every year but somehow all is in place and nothing has to be done. No stress. Had an easy day, even got so bored and took the MTB for a spin down to the beach to watch the sunset. No worries though- I am sharp and focused, but also having the necessary ease with me this time. Still no broken bones, so life is pretty good. The Duchess (aka my TREK bike) looks so pretty & fast. All the gear is laid out. My Trek bike, the Blueseventy swim suit /googles, my Torhans aero bottles, my SRM powermeter, my Skechers race shoes and of course my fancy Oakley glasses. Everything is prepared.
Time to watch a movie now. Good night y'all.
