Word is she crashed in the first five miles on the Queen K, even before the Energy Lab and Airport. Her front wheels shows a broken spoke and she was being bandaged up with what looks like a fractured collarbone. We have not confirmed the cause of the crash. Badmann was a heavy favorite and loved by all here in Kona. We hope she isn't badly hurt.

Stadler stops to throw up

Just a few kilometers after he appeared on track to break this race apart, Normann Stadler has pulled to the side of the road to throw up.
