Let the games begin!
There are 10 men starting the marathon within 12 minutes of each other. Included in that group is Morales, who had a sub-2:50 marathon last year. If he does that again, and any of the men ahead of him falter, he's in a position to run his way towards the front of the race here!
Ain-Alar Juhanson (#3) currently leads the men's field. Behind him:
* Bert Jammaer (#1) at 12 seconds
* Kai Hundertmarck (#11) at 2:31
* Olaf Sabatschus (#7) at 6:47
* Xavier Le Floch (#9) at 9:05
* Chris Brands (#22) at 10:40
* Stephen Bayliss (#6) at 11:49
* Gregorio Cáceres Morales (#5) at 12:20
* Stephan Vuckovic (#4) at 12:30
* Scott Neyedli (#8) at 12:30
