I am the race organizer for the http://www.lisboatriathlon.com and http://www.xoctriathlon.com (new to 2007).
We have good cash prizes for Ladies (same as Men), yet we have had few signing up.........
I know this is not the only reason to race, but we believe its a good incentive ...
